| April 1995 | Kenedix, charged with heading up real estate operations (real estate investment advisory) in Japan for Kennedy-Wilson, Inc., opens its doors as Kennedy-Wilson Japan at 3-12-12 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. |

| August 2008 | Established a ¥28 billion private fund with German investor, investing mainly in suburban commercial facilities. |
