In the Asset Management Division, we look at investment assets from the viewpoints of both investor and owner, and execute operations directed toward the maximization of the value of the assets. In order to accomplish this, we provide the best possible advice based on the business strategies of investors and owners to draw specific paths toward delivery of the business objectives.
Our asset management operations are not limited to passive management of the real estate properties in our custody. We analyze them in detail to develop optimum strategies to maximize the true value and profitability of the assets. We then establish cross-functional teams to undertake each strategic mission and achieve the best possible performance of the investment assets. Efficient execution of these asset management operations requires, in some cases, capital replacement and legal administration.

Our asset management operations encompass the entire investment cycle from finding prospective real estate for investment, funding the investment, and managing the assets during the holding period, through to disposal of the assets for capital gains. In all these respects, we formulate and execute plans based on analysis of all the variables that will raise the value of real estate assets.
Asset management is our core operation and ordinarily involves looking at investment opportunities and invested assets from the perspective of both an investor in and owner of the property, and conducting operations in a way that heightens the value of the portfolio.
