Real estate investment funds are a financial product targeted mainly at investments in real estate. Funds gathered from investors are used to acquire leased real estate such as office buildings. In return investors are paid a dividend from the rent and gains on sale generated from these assets. Fund management companies fulfill the role of investment advisor concerning investment and management of these real estate investment funds. The fund manager’s mission is to provide high added value to investors by building a sound fund management process for realizing a return on the funds assets. |
