Kennedy-Wilson Japan listed on the Hercules Nippon New Market (formerly NASDAQ Japan) on February 19, 2002, and listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 1, 2004.

Q03.Is Kenedix a foreign-owned company?

No. We had an equity relationship with Kennedy Wilson of the U.S., but that relationship was extinguished when Kennedy Wilsonfs shareholding fell to zero in August 2003.

We have not set a schedule for announcements, but our most recent annual results were released in mid-February and interim results were announced in mid-August. Both consolidated and non-consolidated results were announced together. We plan to post announcement dates in the IR Schedule on this website as soon as they are set. Please refer to this schedule.

The company works to bolster internal reserves to strengthen its financial base and fund future business development, but recognizes that paying a dividend to shareholders is an important matter for consideration in the future.

Q11.What is the real estate investment fund business?
A11.
Real estate investment funds are a financial product targeted mainly at investments in real estate. Funds gathered from investors are used to acquire leased real estate such as office buildings. In return investors are paid a dividend from the rent and gains on sale generated from these assets. Fund management companies fulfill the role of investment advisor concerning investment and management of these real estate investment funds. The fund managerfs mission is to provide high added value to investors by building a sound fund management process for realizing a return on the funds assets.
